SEBACEOUS CYST

Sebaceous cysts (often actually are slow-growing, benign, fluid-filled lumps found under the skin, usually on the face, neck, or torso. Caused by damaged sebaceous glands or hair follicles, they appear as small, painless lumps. Treatment is only needed if they become painful, infected, or cause cosmetic concern, with options including surgical removal or draining.
